There are really hard times when people feel like their life is heading to no where. What people need or can help them is to think and reevaluate things and try to relax. However, people can do things that could make them happy such as bonding with family and friends, or being close with nature. I think that is why people look for a escape. However, whenever i feel like my life is going through struggle and feel like my life is turning down, I will go out to eat with my family amd have fun. My favorite scape could be a soccer field and a ball, I think soccer is the cure for me. Soccer had been helping me to realize that i have to work harder if i want to have succes.

Blog Post Assignment 9
Throughout the AP English and Composition Course, I learned many things I've never seen throughout my life. However, I learned how to increase my writing skills. In the other hand, I enjoy learning how to write different essays, for example: synthesis essay, argumentative essay, and rethorical strategies essay. When the AP Test approached, we were enough prepared thanks to our AP teacher, Mr. Rease, he make sure we knew everything before we took the test. During the test, I struggled with time and comprehension. Finally, I would take this course again to increase my writing skills. In addition, I recommend this course to anyone that want to learn more and increase their writing skills.

Blog Post Assignment 8: ACT Reflection
When I was taking the ACT test, my biggest stuggle was time management. I struggle on the science part; it was difficult. I struggle the most with the science part, because i was trying to figure out every chart and graph. The math was not too hard but more time was needed to work out some problems. However, I could have done better. I feel that B.C. Rain did not prepare me well for the ACT. We did not have any test prep to help prepare us for the test. Teachers spent more time to prepare for the AP test. my 2nd and 4th block teachers took time to prepare us one day before the Act test.
The testing environment was cold and kind of distracting for me. Students were sleeping and snoring which disturbed me. I feel as if I made a 20. To improve my score, I would take time to prepare on areas where I am weak. Also teachers should have helped us with practice assignments. I study some of every portion. I want to score a good number. I hope I can improve my time management and work more with graphs and charts for the science portion.

Dear Governor Bentley,
<br>
<br>
My name Darrius Jones, I am a Pastor at the community church. I moved from North Carolina to Louisianna. I decided to start building a church in the community. However, the people in the community would not travel to another city to assist to church. I been helping everyone in the community to become better citizens. In the other hand, we created clubs for teens and adults, who live their lifetime in the streets. I have a goal, which is to see them succed in life and make a choice to take the right path, and become someone in life.
<br>
<br>
One of them is Jefferson. He has been one student of my sunday school. Jefferson has been my student since when he was 9. However, he is son of Miss Emma, a lady who never forget to wake up every sunday for church. Jefferson was on time for church, and always had his homework. However, Jefferson always bring his bible, also he is the one who be praying for everyone in Bayonne, Louisianna. Jefferson was the leader of the Young Black Teens club. Jefferson was working hard to become someone in life. However, Jefferson has been helping families in need of resouces.
<br>
<br>
In conclusion, Governor Bentley if you could know Jefferson before the conflict, you could be knowing he is a good man. However, I am asking if you can reduce his sentence in prison. Jefferson is a good gentleman. I am telling you because I am his Pastor. He did wrong when he was caught in the wrong place at the wrong time. However, Jefferson care about everyone in the community, amd they know he is innocent. However, the problem will not be solved if you take away his life. In the other hand, I am not asking you to free him; however, to allow him live a normal life in prison. I know Jefferson have to pay for the crime he is accused of, but no by death.
<br>
<br>
Sincerely
<br>

If so, which theme and how does it relate?
This quotation relate to the theme of discrimination. However, I choose the theme of discrimination because Jefferson is called a hog during chapter 1. However, Jefferson has been treated as an animal in jail. He have the thought that he is a hog instead a human being. He refuse to accept he is a human.

Blog Post Assigment 4: Quotation ch.14
"Not for those who have to work in the field"
This quote symbolize the lack of freedom of a black person.However, during this period of times black people were used as slaves to work the crash crops on the field.
This quote represents the setting of a conflict. For instance, other regular people used to go to church and be with their families. In the other hand, black people were working on the fields, and they did not had enough time to enjoy at home.

Blog Post Assignment 3
I want to visit Hawaii when I grow up. Hawaii has been in my mind since the first day I went to the beach. However, there are a lot of things that I found fun about Hawaii. For example, Hawaii have a perfect climate where nobody can be hot or cold. In the other hand, Hawaii is one state where most of the hotels and resorts offer great low cost attractions for kids, friends, and family. During the trip to Hawaii people can enjoy its envitonment, watch whales, watch dolphins jump and play on many of the ocean cruises. Also, someone can swim with the sea turtles, and snorkel with all sorts of different marine life. Star gaze in the beautiful night sky and take a walk around the magnificent volcano. There are many reasons I want to visit Hawaii. They have a good cuisine, beaches , and hotels. Where family members can enjoy their trip.
